Randy Page finished his three-year career at UCO as one of the most decorated football players in school history.  He led the Bronchos to an uncanny 20-3-1 record during his career, going 2-0 in 1981 before suffering a season-ending injury, 10-2 in 1982 and 8-1-1 in 1983.

Page rushed for 210 yards and passed for 118 in the first two games of 1981 before getting injured, but he came back with a vengeance in leading UCO to the NAIA national championship in 1982.

The left-handed signal-caller passed for what was then a school single-season record 2,464 yards, hitting 125-of-229 attempts with 25 touchdowns, and added 268 rushing yards.  Page had seven 200-yard games and set a then-school single-game record with a 367-yard outing against Eastern New Mexico when he hit all 16 passing attempts.

A first-team All-District 9 selection and second-team All-American, Page was 34-of-75 for 687 yards and eight TD’s in UCO’s three playoff victories in1982.

Page came back as a senior in 1983 to complete 98-of-209 passes for 1,605 yards and 10 TDs in earning first-team All-District 9 and All-America recognition as UCO was ranked No. 1 all season before suffering an upset loss in the first round of the playoffs.

Page accounted for 57 touchdowns (37 passing, and 20 rushes) in his career.  He ranks third on UCO’s career passing list with 4,187 yards and is fifth in total offense (4,812 yards).
