Alma Brahimaj was undoubtedly one of the best all-around volleyball players in Central Oklahoma history.

A dominating presence on the court throughout her four-year career from 1999-2002, she was the first-ever four-time All-Conference selection for the Bronchos and was twice named Lone Star Conference North Division Player of the Year.

Brahimaj led UCO to its first two LSC North Division titles during her junior and senior seasons and in both campaigns earned All-Region honors.

She finished her career with school records for kills in a single-match (46), single-season (644) and career (2,404). The career mark was also a Lone Star Conference record and ranks among the best in NCAA Division II history.

Brahimaj also ended her career ranked first in career attacks (6,057), second in career aces (215) and third in career digs (1,833) at Central.
