LEXINGTON, Ky. – Central Oklahoma finished the 2025 season ranked No. 13 in the country, the American Volleyball Coaches Association announced this week with its final Top 25 of the year.
UCO went 27-6 this season. The Bronchos started the year 14-0 in non-conference games and were 17-0 and ranked No. 1 in the country entering the month of October. Central went 12-4 in the MIAA and finished fourth in the league standings.
The Bronchos reached the MIAA Volleyball Championship semifinals and earned an at-large bid to the NCAA Division II Volleyball Championship. As the No. 7 seed in the Central Region, the Broncho season ended in the regional quarterfinals to eventual national runner-up Concordia St. Paul.
UCO was ranked No. 7 in the Preseason AVCA Top 25 and spent the entire regular season in the top 10. The Bronchos were ranked 11th in the country entering the national tournament and finish the season No. 13 in the final poll.
Central Oklahoma has been ranked in the AVCA Top 25 in 40 consecutive polls dating back to Week 3 of the 2023 season, with 102 total appearances since debuting Week 2 of the 2015 season. UCO has been ranked in the Top 10 in 31 weekly polls of head coaches around the country.
