Parrott and Perdue Earn CSC Academic All-District Honors

UCO Duo Recognized For Both Academic Excellence and On-Court Performance

GREENWOOD, Ind. – Central Oklahoma volleyball standouts Kaitlyn Parrott and Mikiah Perdue were honored Tuesday as College Sports Communicators Academic All-District selections.
 
The 2025-26 Academic All-American Men's and Women's Soccer Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
Perdue is a senior nursing student with a 4.0 grade point average. The Jenks, Oklahoma native also earned First Team All-MIAA honors on the court this season.
 
Parrott is a junior kinesiology student with a 3.96 GPA. The Allen, Texas native earned First Team All-MIAA and was named MIAA Libero of the Year. She also earned First Team All-Region and Second Team All-American honors this season.
 
The duo led Central Oklahoma to an appearance in the NCAA Division II Volleyball Championship for the second consecutive season. UCO earned the No. 7 seed in the Central Regional and finished there in the quarterfinals.
