LEXINGTON, Ky. – Central Oklahoma moved up one spot to No. 10 in this week's American Volleyball Coaches Association Top 25, announced Monday.
UCO is 25-2 this season, with a 12-2 record in the MIAA. The Bronchos are in second place in the league standings with one week left to play.
Central hosts No. 24 Washburn Friday, Nov. 15 at 6 p.m., and will also host Emporia State Saturday at 5 p.m. in the regular season finale.
The 2024 MIAA Volleyball Championship is schedule for Nov. 21-23 in St. Joseph, Mo. The league is utilizing a key performance indicator (KPI) to determine seeding for the postseason tournament only. While the Bronchos are second in the league standings, UCO is fourth in KPI. The official bracket release is slated for Saturday night following the completion of the season.
