Bronchos Head To Postseason Ranked No. 15 In AVCA Poll

Central Oklahoma Posted A 26-4 Record In The Regular Season

LEXINGTON, Ky. – Central Oklahoma heads into the postseason ranked No. 15 in the country according to the AVCA Top 25 announced Monday.

Central Oklahoma went 2-0 last week to end the regular season. The Bronchos beat Missouri Western in five sets, erasing a 2-0 deficit to win in five. UCO also beat Northwest Missouri in the final game of the year with a three-set sweep.

Central Oklahoma finished the 2023 regular season 26-4 overall and 17-3 in the MIAA. The Bronchos clinched the No. 2 seed in the MIAA Volleyball Championship, which begins Thursday in St. Joseph, Missouri. Central will play No. 7 seed Missouri Southern.

The semifinals are scheduled for Friday evening and the championship match is scheduled for Saturday at 6 p.m.
