Bronchos Fall At Missouri Southern

JOPLIN, Mo. (April 2) -- Central Oklahoma dropped a three-set decision to Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association rival Missouri Southern Friday night in spring volleyball action.

The Lions claimed 25-20, 25-17, 25-23 victories to avenge a three-set loss to the Bronchos two weeks ago in Edmond. UCO, now 10-5 for the spring, goes to Pittsburg State Saturday for a 2 p.m. contest.

Mallory Hendrix led Central with eight kills, while Courtney Lane had seven. Amanda Desch had six kills, 25 assists and 11 digs, with Nalani McCrary chipping in six kills and three blocks.
