Bronchos Split In Wichita

WICHITA, Kan. (Feb. 26) -- The Central Oklahoma volleyball team split two spring Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association matches Friday at Fugate Gymnasium on the Newman campus.

Coach Edgar Miraku's Bronchos opened the day with a sweep of Missouri Western, winning 25-17, 25-20, 25-12. UCO fell to defending league champion and 2019 national runner-up Nebraska-Kearney 25-13, 25-22, 25-22 in the evening match.

UCO comes back Saturday to take on Washburn at 11:30 a.m. Saturday.
