Central Oklahoma Announces 2019 Volleyball Schedule

EDMOND – The University of Central Oklahoma volleyball team announced Tuesday its 30-match 2019 schedule.

Central Oklahoma opens the 2019 season Friday, Sept. 6, 2019 in St. Petersburg, Fla. UCO is participating in the Eckerd College Tournament. The Bronchos will play Malone University in the season opener before taking on West Liberty, Tiffin, and finally, the host Tritons of Eckerd.

The Bronchos will then return to Edmond to make their 2019 home debut at Hamilton Field House with a mid-week non-conference matchup against Oklahoma Baptist on Wednesday, Sept. 11.

UCO will play four more neutral site competitions Sept. 13-14 in Durant, Okla. The Bronchos will then make its trek through the rugged Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association over the final six weeks of the season.

The Bronchos will play 12 matches at Hamilton Field House to go with 11 road matchups and the seven neutral site contests.

Central Oklahoma, nationally ranked in every AVCA Top 25 for the past three and a half seasons, has won at least 25 matches in each of the past five years.
