Central Oklahoma Plays Northwest Missouri Thursday Night, Missouri Western Saturday Afternoon

MARYVILLE, Mo. – Central Oklahoma is back on the road this week for a pair of MIAA matchups beginning Thursday night at Northwest Missouri. Tipoff is scheduled for 5:30 p.m.

UCO is also playing at Missouri Western Saturday at 1:30 p.m. in St. Joseph.

The Bronchos are 8-13 on the season with a 3-9 record in the MIAA. Central is fighting to make it to at least 10th in the league standings to earn a postseason berth for the first time since 2023. "While that's our goal we're only focused on one game right now," first-year head Hannah Moeller said. "We can't get wrapped up in standings or anything. We have to be focused on playing the next game to the best of our ability. This is a tough road trip and we need to be ready to play for 40 minutes in both games."

Jerney Bennett – 8.5 points and 8.0 rebounds – leads UCO at the forward position. Bennett leads UCO, the MIAA, and all of Division II in blocked shots (84). It's the second most blocks in a single season in UCO history. Her 4.0 blocks per game is third in the country. Bobbie Fouquet – 8.6 points and 6.2 rebounds – also is a key forward for the Bronchos and Fouquet is second on the team in made 3-pointers (17).

Central also gets offensive contributions from Olivia Quapaw (5.6 PPG), Peyton Walker (4.2), Kendrick Bailey (4.1), Talia Pogi (3.3), Harley Harbour (3.1), and Haniya Geretta (2.2).
