Riley Roberts Named MIAA Setter of the Week

Central Oklahoma Senior Earns Fourth Award Of The Season

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Riley Roberts was named MIAA Setter of the Week for the fourth time this season, the league announced Monday.

Roberts, a senior from Washington, Oklahoma, led No. 23 Central Oklahoma to a road split this past week. UCO lost to No. 12 Emporia State, 3-0, but rebounded with a 3-1 win at Pittsburg State.

Roberts dished out 23 assists in the match against ESU. She racked up 43 assists in the match at Pitt. The 66 assists in seven sets gave her an average of 9.2 per set for the week. Roberts also had 24 digs and nine kills.

Roberts is averaging 9.54 assists per set this season with 878 total assists through 26 matches played. She ranks No. 1 in the MIAA in both assists per set and total assists this season.

Central Oklahoma is 19-7 overall this season with a 6-4 record in the MIAA. The Bronchos are in fifth place in the league standings with two matches remaining. UCO travels to Northeastern State on Thursday night and will play at Arkansas Fort Smith on Friday night.

The 2026 MIAA Volleyball Championship is scheduled for Nov. 12-14 in St. Joseph, Missouri.
