Central Oklahoma dipped to No. 2 in this week's Pocock College Rowing Coaches Association poll announced Wednesday.
Cal Poly Humboldt moved from second to first while the Bronchos were knocked off the top spot down to second in this week's rankings. Seattle Pacific remained No. 3 this week. All three teams competed at the WIRA Championships this past weekend in Sacramento, California and were the top three finishers in the Varsity 8+ Grand Final.
In the eights, it went Humboldt, Central Oklahoma, then SPU. In the fours, SPU was second, then Central followed by Humboldt in third and fourth.
Central Oklahoma is off this weekend as the Bronchos prepare for the 2023 GNAC Championships in Oregon next weekend. Cal Poly Humboldt, Central Oklahoma, Seattle Pacific, and Western Washington will all compete in Varsity 4+ and Varsity 8+ Championships Saturday May 14 on Dexter Lake.
