"This course was challenging for everyone," UCO head women's golf coach Michael Bond said. "There is very little margin of error. We didn't play our best, and hopefully we'll get one more tournament in a few weeks."

Central Oklahoma will await the NCAA Division II Regional Championship selections next week. That tournament is scheduled for May 8-10 in Iowa.

Jirasuda Khunarak led UCO throughout the week in Missouri. The junior from Thailand finished tied for fifth in the individual standings with a 16-over-par 232. Khunarak started the tournament with a 2-over 74 on Monday, then posted an 8-over 80 on Tuesday, and finished with a 6-over 78 on Wednesday.

Mika Ramos tied for 22nd individually, posting a 54-hole 244. The junior from Tulsa was 28-over par with rounds of 83-82-79 this week.

Arin Zachary also competed for the Bronchos this week and finished tied for 40th with a 257 (89-83-85).

Central Oklahoma looks to earn another trip to the NCAA Regional Championship in two weeks. The Bronchos would make their way north to Sioux Falls, South Dakota, then head 25 minutes southeast to Larchwood, Iowa and Grand Falls Golf Resort. The 18-hole course sits on the South Dakota-Iowa border.
