The regional is also divided into two locations, with the No. 1 seed hosting the No. 4 & 5 seeds, and the No. 2 seed hosting the No. 3 & 6 seeds. The two advancing teams from each sub-regional will move on to the NCAA Division II Women's Tennis Championship May 12-16 in Orlando, Florida.

Central Oklahoma has qualified for the national postseason tournament six consecutive seasons dating back to 2016.
