UCO is No. 1 in the Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association rankings, receiving four of five first-place votes for a total of 177 points. Mercyhurst, a national semifinalist with Central Oklahoma last Spring, received the other first-place vote.

This week marked four years since UCO took over the No. 1 spot in the country. The CRCA released its weekly rankings Wednesday, April 4, 2018, that showed up and comer Central Oklahoma as the new No. 1 team in the country. The Bronchos have maintained that position since and have won three national team championships.

Central Oklahoma is off this weekend as the Bronchos prepare for the Southern Intercollegiate Rowing Association (SIRA) Championships in Tennessee next week. The 2022 Great Northwest Athletic Conference Championships will follow that in Dexter, Oregon in May and the 2022 NCAA Division II Women's Rowing National Championships will conclude this campaign in Sarasota, Florida May 31.
