Central Oklahoma posted a score of 948 after three rounds at Fox Run Golf Club. UCO turned in rounds of 315, 315, and 318. Dallas Baptist won the team title with an 896 (294-300-302).

"We knew it was going to be a tough course and tough competition and that's exactly how it played out," UCO head women's golf coach Michael Bond said. "We have some good things that we can take from this and we have some things that we know we need to work on. This was our fourth tournament in four weeks and two of those were 54 holes. So, I do want to say that I'm proud of the team for making it through this grind. We'll take a quick break, but a well deserved one."

Central Oklahoma was led by Jirasuda Khunarak, who posted a 14-over-par 230 to reach 15th on the individual leaderboard. The junior shot a 6-over 78 in Monday's first round before shaving two strokes off her shot in the second round. She followed that with another 4-over 76 on Tuesday. Khunarak sank 10 birdies on her 54 holes and also had 22 pars.

Emma Shelley was Central's second highest finisher at 25th. She posted a 54-hole score of 235. Shelley was 9-over par on her first round Monday before getting that down to 5-over in the second round. She also posed the same score on Tuesday with another 77. Shelley had five birdies in the tournament and 34 pars.

Madison O'Dell finished 44th with almost three identical rounds. She shot a 9-over 81 on Monday in the first round and an 8-over 80 in the second round before coming back Tuesday with another 81. O'Dell had two birdies this week.

Mika Ramos was Central's fourth counting score. She shot 243 for the tourney. Ramos posted a round of 3-over-par on Monday, which was the lowest of any Broncho this week. Ramos also shot 12-over 84 in both the second and third rounds.

Arin Zachary also competed for the Bronchos this week. The junior shot a 252, with rounds of 86, 82, and 84.

UCO is off next week before playing in The Tulsa Cup in Broken Arrow Oct. 24-25.
