Soccer Spotlight: Natalia Cantu

EDMOND – The University of Central Oklahoma soccer team reported to camp Wednesday. The Bronchos have 16 returning letter winners from last year's squad. Before we break down each position group, we continue a look at the newcomers. Up next, Natalia Cantu.

"Natalia is a very tough and competitive player and she is a very technical player," UCO head soccer coach Mike Cook said. "She comes from a very successful club program in Texas and she'll provide depth at multiple positions for us this year."

Central Oklahoma opened fall camp Wednesday and will go through three weeks of practice before opening the 2019 season Thursday, Sept. 5 at home against Dallas Baptist. UCO enters the new season as defending MIAA champs and will aim to improve off of last year's 22-2 mark and its trip to the NCAA national championship round of 16.
