EDMOND – The University of Central Oklahoma baseball team announced Thursday it is postponing its game against Northwest Missouri.
The Bronchos were scheduled to take on NWMSU at 3 p.m., but due to icy conditions on Wendell Simmons Field, the teams decided to wait.
Friday's doubleheader is still on. The two schools will play at 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.
Central Oklahoma has pushed Thursday's game back to Saturday at 1 p.m.
The series was originally scheduled to be played in Maryville, Mo. before weather conditions forced the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association series to Edmond.
