UCO Finish Second At Oak Tree Invite

EDMOND – Central Oklahoma finished second in the Oak Tree Invitational that wrapped up with the third and final round Tuesday at Oak Tree East.

The Bronchos finished with a 54-hole 898 (290-303-305), five shots back of UT Tyler's 893 (294-289-310). Host Oklahoma Christian finished third one shot behind the Bronchos at 899, Cameron (905) and Henderson State (910) rounded out the top five after three trips around the 7,102-yard Par 70 course.

Baylor Bostick led Central Oklahoma with an 11-over-par 221, posting a 3-over 73 on the final day to move up to seventh place on the individual leaderboard.

Bennett Baldwin was also in the Top 20, finishing 18th with a 225. Baldwin entered the day 4-over, but posted an 11-over 81 on Tuesday.

Rhett Hughes was a few shots back at 228. The redshirt freshman was 10-over entering the day and shot an 8-over 78 on Tuesday.

Jordan Wilson and Nick Canales finished 33rd with a plus-22, 232. Wilson had rounds of 75 and 78 on Monday before a 79 Tuesday. Canales shot rounds of 81 and 76 on Monday before a 75 Tuesday.

Dylan Henderson and Ty Hyatt both played as individuals this week. Henderson finished 45th with a 234 (79-76-79). Hyatt finished 62nd with a 238 (84-75-79).
