KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Central Oklahoma was picked fourth in the 2025 MIAA Baseball Preseason Coaches' Poll, the league announced Thursday on the eve of the new season.
UCO received 119 points in a poll of the league's 13 head coaches. Defending champion Central Missouri was picked first with 11 first-place votes. Missouri Southern was second with two first-place votes. Pittsburg State was third in the poll with 120 points, just marginally in front of the Bronchos.

Central Oklahoma begins the 2025 season Friday with the Edmond First Pitch Classic. The Bronchos are hosting a 9-team, 14-game season-opening festival that runs Friday through Monday. UCO is hosting Missouri – St. Louis, Metro State Denver, Southeastern Oklahoma State, and East Central.
UCO has 50 games on its schedule for the 2025 season. The Bronchos went 37-16 last season, finishing fourth in the MIAA. Central Oklahoma qualified for the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship and went 1-2 in the Central Regional.
