UCO Remains 16th At DBU Classic

DENTON, Texas – Central Oklahoma took three shots off its opening round score in Monday's second round as the Bronchos remained in 16th place in the DBU Women's Classic at Wildhorse Golf Club at Robson Ranch.

UCO posted a team score of 309 after its second trip around 6,406-yard par 72 track.

Mika Ramos, who led the Bronchos with a 2-over-par 74 on Sunday, shot a 3-over-par 75 Monday morning. The senior from Tulsa, Oklahoma is tied for 43rd individually with a 36-hole score of 149.

UCO had a near even spread for its other four competitors.

Scarlet Sturch, Jirasuda Khunarak, and Emma Shelley all shot a 6-over-par 78 on Monday. Estela Castillo was one off with a 7-over-par 79.

Sturch is at 154 after 36 holes. Khunarak is at 158. And Shelley is at 160. Castillo is at 163 with one round left.

Central Oklahoma will tee off the third and final round Tuesday at 8:30 a.m.
