Central Finishes Sixth in OKC

OKLAHOMA CITY – Central Oklahoma finished sixth at the Diffee Ford-Lincoln Invite Tuesday at Lincoln Park East.

Henderson State won the individual title with a team score of 567, 20 shots in front of Arkansas-Fort Smith. HSU's Gracen Blount won the individual title with a 36-hole score of 3-under 139.

UCO finished sixth with a team score of 605 (305-300).

Mika Ramos led the Bronchos with an eighth-place finish. The junior shot a 4-over 146 (72-74). Jirasuda Khunarak just missed the Top 10. She finished 11th with a 36-hole 147 (75-72).

Emma Shelley (154, 77-77) and Arin Zachary (160, 81-79) finished 35th and 48th for the Bronchos. Madison O'Dell also competed and finished 63rd with a 164 (87-77).

Nanya Hinsui competed as an individual this week and finished 55th with a 36-hole 162 (84-78).

Central Oklahoma is heading to Destin, Florida next weekend. The Bronchos are competing in the Emerald Coast Classic March 12-14.
