UCO Is Sixth In SNU Event

OKLAHOMA CITY – Central Oklahoma is sixth after one round of play Monday in Southern Nazarene's Diffee Ford-Lincoln Invite at Lincoln Park East.

UCO posted a team score of 305. Henderson State leads the team race at 283.

Mika Ramos is tied for sixth in the individual standings after a first-round 1-over-par 72. The junior from Tulsa sank four birdies and 10 pars to finish nearly even on the day.

Jirasuda Khunarak isn't far behind at 16th individually. She shot a 4-over 75 with three birdies and nine pars. Emma Shelley is tied for 28th with a 6-over 77 and Arin Zachary is 51st with a 10-over 81 after 18 holes of golf. Madison O'Dell also competed for the Bronchos and shot an 87 on Monday.

Nanya Hinsui competed as an individual in the event and is tied for 67th after firing an opening round 84.

Central Oklahoma will wrap up the two-day event Tuesday morning with the second and final round.
