Blythe Buntrock, Pete Komada Ranked Sixth In ITA Poll

Central Oklahoma Duo Among Nation's Best Heading Into Spring

TEMPE, Ariz. – The Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) announced Wednesday Top 50 Singles and Top 25 Doubles rankings following the completion of the fall season.

Blythe Buntrock and Pete Komada are the No. 6-ranked doubles team in the country. The duo is the No. 1 ranked team in the Central Region.

The duo went 8-2 this fall and won the Central Region championship in Edmond. At the 2023 ITA Cup, Buntrock and Komada won their first-round matchup and advanced to the quarterfinals of the national championship before falling there.

Komada is also the No. 7 ranked Singles player in the Central Region according to Wednesday's rankings.

Central Oklahoma is off for the winter. The Bronchos return in February for their Spring season.
