Sage Kroeker, Faith Brooks Named All-Americans

Broncho Duo Earned Pocock Racing All-America Team Honors

The Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association announced its 2022 All-Americans Thursday and a pair of Central Oklahoma rowers earned recognition.

Central Oklahoma senior Sage Kroeker and sophomore Faith Brooks were both named All-Americans. Kroeker earned First Team honors and Brooks was named Second Team.

The two, both first-time recipients of the postseason accolade, become Central's 20th and 21st All-Americans in program history. It also marks 11 consecutive seasons for Central Oklahoma to place a rower on the All-American squad.

Central Oklahoma finished fifth at the NCAA Division II national championships this Spring. UCO's Varsity 4+ boat took third at nationals while the V8+ boat, featuring Kroeker and Brooks, finished fifth.

The two were also previously named First Team All-GNAC in May after helping the team to a third-place finish in the conference championships.
