UCO Posts Top 25 Team GPA

Women's Golf Program Boasts 16th-Best Team GPA In Nation

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. – The University of Central Oklahoma women's golf team earned a spot in the Women's Golf Coaches Association All-Scholar Team GPA Award Top 25, the organization announced Thursday.

Central Oklahoma had the 16th-best team GPA in the country, with Central's nine student-athletes posting a combined 3.73 GPA. UCO was the second school from the MIAA, which had three institutions in the Top 25.

Rogers State came in 15th nationally, 0.04 points ahead of the Bronchos. Central Missouri was also listed 23rd in the country.

The team award recognizes the program with the highest collective average team GPA which includes all of the team's student-athletes for the 2020-21 season. UCO also had three student-athletes earn WGCA All-American Scholar recognition earlier this month.
