Central Oklahoma Blanks Missouri Southern

JOPLIN, Mo. – The University of Central Oklahoma soccer team won 3-0 Sunday afternoon in an MIAA spring season matchup against Missouri Southern.

Taryn Kedzior scored in the 25th minute to put the Bronchos on the scoreboard, then Monika McGee scored just 38 seconds into the second half, and Rachel Oberman added the third and final goal in the 77th with an assist from Katy Tullis to help UCO get the win.

Central Oklahoma is now 5-3-1 this spring and has two matches left next weekend.

Kaitlyn Asher played all 90 minutes in goal for the Bronchos and made four saves.

UCO is scheduled to host Rogers State Thursday at 7 p.m. before visiting Northeastern State Sunday afternoon.
