Central, Southwestern Tie In Non-Conference Matchup

WEATHERFORD, Okla. – The University of Central Oklahoma tied Southwestern Oklahoma State 1-1 Monday in the last non-conference matchup of the spring soccer season.
 
Kelsie Eason scored the lone goal for the Bronchos in the first half. SWOSU equalized late in the second half.
 
Central Oklahoma is playing a modified spring season following the cancellation of its tradition fall season. The Bronchos are scheduled to play six MIAA games and will have a postseason tournament next month. UCO is 3-1-1 so far this spring in non-conference play.
 
The Bronchos play at Fort Hays State Thursday at 5 p.m. and will host Newman Saturday at 5 p.m. at Tom Thompson Field.
