Central Opens 2021 Season Next Friday In Edmond

PEMBROKE, N.C. – The University of Central Oklahoma baseball team was picked 11th in the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association Preseason Top 25.

Central Oklahoma begins the 2021 season Friday, Feb. 12 with the Edmond First Pitch Classic. The Bronchos will host East Central University before hosting Southern Nazarene (Saturday) and Oklahoma Baptist (Monday).

UCO went 17-3 last season and was ranked 12th in the country before the season was abruptly shutdown. The Bronchos return starters at nearly every single position, including 12 pitchers who were part of one of the best staffs in the country.
