Baseball Adjusts Weekend Schedule

Central Oklahoma Adds Minot State

EDMOND – The University of Central Oklahoma baseball team announced Thursday a couple of changes to its schedule for this weekend.

The Bronchos will not go to Wichita, Kansas to take on Newman in a three-game MIAA series Friday and Saturday but will instead head north to visit the Jets Monday and only play two games.

Central also added Minot State at home Saturday at 12 p.m. to make up for the lost game at Newman.

The Bronchos are just 1-0 this season with five games already postponed or cancelled due to either weather or health & safety protocols. UCO is ranked No. 23 in the country in the latest NCBWA national rankings.
