CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. (Feb. 19) -- Central Oklahoma cracked the NCAA Division II women's golf rankings that were released Friday, coming in at No. 25 in the first Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) poll of 2021.
Dallas Baptist topped the rankings with 373 points and was followed by Indianapolis, Limestone, Findlay and Nova Southeastern. The Bronchos finished with 67 points in balloting of 16 head coaches from around the country.
UCO is the only Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association team in the top 25.
The Bronchos opened the 2021 campaign two weeks ago with a runner-up finish in the Southern Invitational in Carrollton, Texas. Central returns to action March 1-2 at the Natural State Classic in Cabot, Ark.
