UCO Women's Golf Honored For Academics

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. – The University of Central Oklahoma women's golf team was listed among the best in the nation for its overall team grade point average by the Women's Golf Coaches Association.

Central Oklahoma had the 12th-best team GPA in the country at 3.65, which was also the highest in the UCO athletic department.

Four student-athletes were named Academic All-American Scholars as well. Makena Mucciaccio, Sydney Roberts, Madison O'Dell and Faith Stewart each earned that honor for their work. The minimum GPA for that award is 3.50.
