Dylan Hall Earns Second All-Region Nod

ST. CLOUD, Minn. – Dylan Hall was named Second Team All-Region by the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association Thursday, marking the second time the junior pitcher has earned the honor this spring.
 
Hall was also named Second Team All-Region by the Conference Commissioner's Association last week.
 
A junior righty out of Stafford, Va., Hall came to UCO in January and had an immediate impact on the Broncho season. Hall went 8-4 this year as he helped Central to the NCAA Tournament's Central Region II Final.
 
Hall set a school record with 123 strikeouts this season in 106 1/3 innings pitched, which also ranks third in school history for one season. He had a 3.22 ERA and opponents hit just .219 off of him this season.
 
Hall also threw three complete games, including, a one-hit shutout against Lindenwood in the MIAA Tournament. He also threw a complete game against Fort Hays and struck out 14 batters on his way to a win. That tied a school record.
 
Hall became the 39th player to earn All-Region honors for UCO since 1994. He became the second pitcher to do so over the last three seasons.
