UCO Finishes Eighth In Otter Invitational

SEASIDE, Calif. (March 19) – The Central Oklahoma women's golf team couldn't make up any ground in the final round of the Otter Invitational Tuesday.

The Bronchos shot 340 to finish the two-day, 36-hole tournament in eighth place with a 685 total at the 5,765-yard, par-72 Black Horse Golf Club.

Dallas Baptist won the nine-team tournament with a 623 total, followed by Academy Art (633) and host Cal State-Monterey Bay (641).

Madison O'Dell led Central with an 81. Faith Stewart shot 85, while Yuna Sato had an 86, Makena Mucciaccio an 88 and Sydney Roberts a 94.

The Bronchos don't play again until going to Mt. Home, Ark. for the Henderson State Spring Invitational on April 1-2.
