UCO Basketball To Be Broadcast On Radio This Season

EDMOND – The University of Central Oklahoma athletics department announced Tuesday a new radio partnership with Tyler Media ahead of the 2019-20 men's and women's basketball seasons. UCO games will be aired on The Franchise 2 this season, with Express Employment Professionals of Oklahoma serving as the title sponsor of Broncho Basketball.

"We are excited to continue our relationship with Tyler Media and bring UCO basketball on the air this year," Director of Athletics Eddie Griffin said. "We've worked with Tyler to air our football games and we're glad to add basketball this year. We know we've got two teams that are exciting to watch, and they'll be exciting to listen to as well."

Veteran broadcaster Tony Sellars will be the voice of the Bronchos, calling all 28 regular season games for UCO men's basketball. All 19 conference games for women's basketball will also be aired. All of the action can be heard in Oklahoma City on The Franchise 2 1560 AM and worldwide on iHeart Radio.
