"We're happy to be going to the national tournament," UCO head soccer coach Mike Cook said. "We've worked very hard all season and fought through some adversity to get to this point, so we're really excited to see what we can do."

This marks the 13th time Central Oklahoma has reached the NCAA Tournament. The Bronchos are returning to the tourney for the second year in a row and the third time in four years. UCO has won 323 games in school history (since 1998). Cook has 411 all-time victories, which is the second-most among active coaches in Division II history.

This season, Central Oklahoma has a 14-4-3 overall record, with the third tie coming Sunday in the MIAA Championship that the Bronchos won in a penalty kick shootout. UCO's 60 goals scored this season are among the most in the country. The Bronchos have ranked in the top 10 nationally all season in goals, assists, and total points. Central Oklahoma also boasts a 1.14 goals per game defensive average and has seven shutouts to its record this season.
