SHAWNEE - The University of Central Oklahoma women's soccer team cruised to a 4-0 win over Oklahoma Baptist on Monday at the OBU Soccer Complex in Shawnee.

Katie Killion, Mikayla Lowery, Falyn Dodd and Asha Haile each scored a goal in the win. UCO improved to 2-0 on the season.

Killion, who led the Bronchos with 10 goals last season on her way to Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association Freshman of the Year, scored her second goal in as many games in 2016. It only took eight minutes to do it too as Killion took advantage of being in the right place at the right time and scored off a rebound.

Lowery, who won the Great American Conference Freshman of the Year award two years ago when she played at OBU, scored in the 14th minute when Killion split two defenders to find Lowery.

Dodd made it 3-0 in the 31st minute and that's how teams went to halftime. In the second half, the Bronchos added a little more insurance with a late goal from Haile.

It wasn't just the offense that dominated for UCO. Ally Salls started in goal for the Bronchos for the second time this year and didn't allow a goal in 45 minutes played. Salls made two saves.

Sophomore Lexie Bates came on after halftime and made one save to finish of the clean sheet for the Bronchos.

The Bronchos now look to their first home match of the season. UCO hosts Texas A&M Commerce on Friday at 4 p.m. at Tom Thompson Soccer Field in Edmond.
