Rylee Lemos Earns CSC Academic Honor

Central Oklahoma Senior Moves On To All-American Ballot, Team Announced June 16

GREENWOOD, Ind. – Central Oklahoma senior Rylee Lemos was named College Sports Communicators' Academic All-District, it was announced Tuesday.
 
The South Coffeyville, Oklahoma native moves on to the Academic All-American ballot. The CSC Academic All-American Team will be announced June 16. Current members of the CSC nominate and vote for All-District and All-American awards.
 
Lemos is a career 4.0 grade point average student majoring in Human Resource Management in the UCO College of Business. She has been on The President's Honor Roll all four years at Central and is also a four-time MIAA Academic Excellence Award honoree.
 
Her on-field accomplishments are as near perfect as her academics. Lemos led Central Oklahoma to the NCAA Division II Softball Championship Super Regional round. She was named MIAA Player of the Year, MIAA Defensive Player of the Year, and D2CCA Central Region Player of the Year. The 2025 All-American is expected to be named to the same honor later this week for her outstanding 2026 season.
 
Lemos wrapped up her career last week in the national tournament. The outfielder set UCO records for career triples (24) and runs scored (256). After playing 245 career games – all starts – in the Bronze & Blue, Lemos ranks in the top 10 in school history in hits (297), at bats (791), doubles (59), RBIs (172), home runs (35), and batting average (.375).
