Luke Haasl, Jacobi Sebock Named to NABC Honors Court

Central Oklahoma Men's Basketball Earns NABC Team Academic Award

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The National Basketball Coaches Association announced Thursday its annual Honors Court and Team Academic Awards and Central Oklahoma men's basketball was represented on both lists.
 
Luke Haasl and Jacobi Sebock were both named to the NABC Honors Court and the squad earned the NABC Team Academic Excellence Award.
 
The NABC Team Academic Excellence Awards recognize programs that completed the 2024-25 academic year with a team GPA of 3.0 or higher. The NABC Honors Court, meanwhile, includes junior, senior and graduate student men's basketball players who finished the 2024-25 year with a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher.
 
Haasl, who graduated this Spring with a degree in Information Systems and Operations Management, is a two-time member of the NABC Honors Court, and it was announced this summer the now former Broncho is headed to Europe to play professionally in Luxembourg. Haasl spent the past three seasons at UCO and helped the Bronchos reach the national tournament in 2023 and the MIAA Championship game in 2025. He also left his mark on the program, finishing No. 2 on UCO's career blocks list with 130 blocked shots.
 
Sebock transferred to UCO this past season and helped the Bronchos reach the MIAA Championship game. He is majoring in General Studies. Sebock earned Second Team All-MIAA honors this past season.
 
UCO went 19-13 and finished tied for fifth in the MIAA. Sebock is one of 10 returning lettermen ready to tipoff the 2025-26 season this October.
