Central Oklahoma Playing In MIAA Basketball Championship Semifinals Saturday In Kansas City

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Central Oklahoma is playing in the MIAA Basketball Championship Semifinals Saturday at noon at historic Municipal Auditorium. UCO's opponent will be determined Friday with the Bronchos getting the winner of Pittsburg State and Nebraska Kearney.
 
TICKET/SEATING INFO
 
Tickets are available through Ticketmaster and the box office at Municipal Auditorium. All seating in Municipal is general admission. Fans have the opportunity to sit in a designated section behind the UCO bench among other supporters. Section 129 in Municipal will be the primary spot for Broncho basketball fans.
 
PARKING INFO
 
Located in the heart of downtown Kansas City, parking near Municipal Auditorium can be difficult. A construction project across the streets also creates congestion. A parking map is linked above. Fans are encouraged to arrive early and utilize the map to get the best parking spot for the game.
 
THE MIAA BASKETBALL CHAMPIONSHIP
 
Central Oklahoma earned the No. 8 seed in the MIAA Basketball Championship and beat No. 9 seed Emporia State in the first round on Wednesday at noon. The Bronchos advanced to the quarterfinals, where UCO beat No. 1 seed Washburn to advance to the semifinals. UCO is 2-4 in the semifinals, aiming to earn a third berth in the championship game, and cut down the nets in Kansas City for the first time.
