Bronchos Batter Hornets In Game 1 Run-Rule

Central Oklahoma Wins 10-0 In Seven Innings To Start Series On High Note

"It was a good start to the series," UCO head baseball coach John Martin said. "We need to keep it up with that level of play. If we can be consistent at that level, we'll have a chance."

Central Oklahoma jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the top of the first inning and kept that pressure on Emporia all day. The Bronchos scored in each of the first six innings, with two more in the second and another run in the third. The Bronchos scored three in the fourth, and one in the fifth and sixth innings.
