KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Central Oklahoma is receiving votes in the 2025-26 NABC Preseason Coaches' Poll released Tuesday.
UCO earned a total of 11 points and is among a large group of teams just outside the Top 25. MIAA rival Washburn is ranked No. 2 in the country, while UCO, Rogers State, and Fort Hays State are all receiving votes. Defending national champion Nova Southeastern topped the poll.
The Bronchos open the season Friday in Canada at the D2CCA Tipoff Classic. Central Oklahoma plays Simon Fraser. On Saturday, the Bronchos face Central Washington, which is No. 18 in the NABC Preseason Top 25.
Central has two other opponents, West Texas A&M and St. Mary's, that are receiving votes as well. The Bronchos play at WT in Canyon, Texas in November and against StMU in its home San Antonio in December as part of the UCO-hosted River City Classic. UCO faces Rogers twice, once in December in Claremore and again in February in Edmond. The Bronchos only play Fort Hays State once, in January in Edmond, and Washburn once, in February in Edmond.
