Bronchos Back To No. 4

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Central Oklahoma moved up one spot to No. 4 in the country in the National Fastpitch Coaches Association Top 25 announced Tuesday.

UCO finished the 2023 regular season Sunday with a 43-6 overall record. The Bronchos finished atop the MIAA with a 23-6 record to win the fifth league title in school history.

The Bronchos are the No. 1 seed in the 2023 MIAA Softball Championship, beginning Wednesday in Topeka, Kansas. UCO plays Fort Hays State in the first game of the tournament at 3 p.m. at Envista Softball Complex. The eight-team double elimination tournament runs May 3-6.
