Bronchos Move Up In National Poll

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (March 21) -- Central Oklahoma moved up one spot in this week's National Fastpitch Coaches Association Division II poll, coming in at No. 5.

The Bronchos of 10th-year head coach Cody White earned 330 points in balloting of 16 head coaches from around the country, two from each of the eight regions. It marks the 33rd consecutive time that UCO has been ranked in the top 25, including the 14th straight in the top 10.

North Georgia was the unanimous No. 1 pick, followed by Rogers State, Tampa and Texas-Tyler. Click here for the complete poll.

The Bronchos are 20-3 on the season and riding a 14-game winning streak. UCO hits the road for four MIAA games this weekend, playing back-to-back doubleheaders at Northwest Missouri and Missouri Western.
