Evan Griffith, Peyton Knell, Jacob Lackey, Joe Lemieux, Yannic Oppenheimer, Evan Pennington, and Parker Rose were all selected to the MIAA Honor Roll for maintaining at least a 3.0 grade point average during the 2019-20 academic year.

Student-athletes must have a 3.0 to make the MIAA Honor Roll and a 3.5 GPA and an All-MIAA selection to earn the Scholar Athlete Award. The latter of which was not given out this year due to no All-MIAA selections for spring sports following the cancellation of all sports in March due to the global health crisis. Student-athletes with a 4.0 GPA were given the MIAA's Academic Excellence award.

The MIAA honored 50 student-athletes in men's golf.
