Central Oklahoma posted an 18-10 record last season and finished seventh in the regular season before making the MIAA Tournament First Round in Kansas City. The Bronchos return 12 players from that young squad, including three starters.

One of those returners, and returning starter, is senior forward Kelsey Johnson, who also earned All-MIAA honors last season. Johnson is back after setting a record for the highest single season field-goal percentage in school history last season. The Washington, Okla. native hit 60.2 percent of her shots a year ago. Johnson averaged a team-high 14.1 points per game and also led the team with 6.6 rebounds per game.

UCO is scheduled to open the 2020-21 season at home Thursday, Nov. 19 against Missouri Southern and will play a second home game in Week 1 against Pittsburg State on Saturday, Nov. 21.
