EDMOND – The University of Central Oklahoma is set to host its annual spring football game Saturday, April 20 at 1 p.m. inside Wantland Stadium.
Central Oklahoma will run through game simulations for approximately two hours. Admission the game is free for all fans.
UCO is currently in the third week of a four-week spring regiment. The Bronchos have been practicing three days a week throughout the month of April.
Saturday's intersquad tussle will be the first glimpse into the 2019 Bronchos.
Central Oklahoma is one of the winningest Division II football programs in the country. UCO has 635 all-time wins. The Bronchos have won eight games in each of the past two seasons and have won a postseason bowl game in both of those seasons. Central has won three bowl games in the last four seasons and has played in four bowl games over the past five years.
Central Oklahoma will open the 2019 season this September.
