Bronchos Add Top Shooter For 2020-21

EDMOND – The University of Central Oklahoma men's basketball team announced Tuesday the signing of Conner Calavan of Fort Gibson, Okla. to a national letter of intent.

Calavan is a 6-foot-5 guard with the ability to shoot the ball from all over the court. He also will bring to UCO a high-level of play that thrives on both the offensive and defensive end of the floor.

"Conner is an outstanding shooter, and an even better teammate," Todd Dickerson, Fort Gibson coach, said. "He's a gym rat that understands the game, allowing him to play every position. I'm excited to see what he can do on the collegiate level."

Calavan is the little brother of current UCO redshirt freshman Carson Calavan.

Central Oklahoma men's basketball has won over 1,300 games all-time. The Bronchos have won 22 conference or division championships and have had 22 student-athletes named All-American.
