Baseball Schedules Tryout

The Central Oklahoma baseball program will hold a tryout on Monday, June 1 for individuals interested in becoming a part of the 2015-16 team.

The tryout will be held at 4 p.m. at Wendell Simmons FIeld on the UCO campus and those interested in participating must send the following information by 12 p.m. June 1.

• Personal information form, available here.

• Current unofficial transcript from institution currently attending.

• A completed tryout form, available here.

• A completed sickle cell test waiver. Click here for that form. If you have had a sickle cell test done previously, please provide a copy of the results.

• A physical conducted within the past six months. High school or junior college participants or four-year transfer candidates who competed during 2015 baseball season can use that physical. If you don't have a current physical, click here to get one and complete it.

High school, junior college and all other participants not previously registered are encouraged to be registered with the NCAA Eligibility Center (www.eligibilitycenter.org).

Four-year transfer participants (Division I, II or NAIA) would also need to email assistant coach Todd George (tgeorge@uco.edu) a permission to contact release form from their current school prior to attending the tryout.

All participants need to email all required paperwork to Coach George by 12 p.m. June 1.
