LEXINGTON, Ky. – Central Oklahoma dipped three spots in this week's American Volleyball Coaches Association Top 25, with the Bronchos now ranked No. 15 in the country.
UCO went 3-1 on opening weekend with wins over Southern Arkansas, Arkansas Monticello, and Texas A&M Kingsville. The lone Broncho setback came against UT Tyler, which is receiving votes in this week's poll of head coaches around the country.
Central has a midweek non-conference matchup at Oklahoma Baptist (4-0), which is also receiving votes in the latest coaches' poll. The Bronchos will then trek to Denton, Texas for four matches in three days at Texas Woman's Denton Volleyfest.
UCO makes its home debut Sept. 10 against Southeastern Oklahoma State.
